Our first Home Owners Association meeting is scheduled for:

Time: 7:00 p.m.

Please make every effort to attend and be an active part of the association we are all legally bound by. We will be covering the following:

  • Budget
  • Funds allocated
    • Snow Removal
    • Insurance
    • Grounds & Lawn maintenance
  • Violations & Fines
    • Pets
    • Garage Doors Opened
    • Window Blinds
    • Parking

    The board may find this resource very worthwhile–there are a number of low cost publications, as well as free information. Condo self- management is very challenging, and this resource can help you be better prepared. I was the condo assn. president at my previous residence, and would be glad to assist the board as needed.
