The first annual meeting of the Auburn Park Condominium Homeowners Association will be held on THursday, October 13, 2005 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the cafeteria of Waldon Middle School located at 2509 Waldon Rd., Lake Orion, MI.
The sole purpose of the meeting will be to elect the First Board of Directors consisting of Auburn Park co-owners other than the Developer.
Only members (condominium unit owners) of the Association may attend the meeting. If you are not current with your assessments (dues), you are not entitled to vote nor are you entitled to be elected to the Board. Please sign the sign-in sheet at the entrance to the meeting room when you arrive.
You should have received a proxy ballot by mail. If you cannot attend the meeting, please indicate the candidates for whom you are voting and sign and return the ballot as soon as possible, or execute the proxy designating a member of the Association who will be able to vote on your behalf.

Dear Auburn Park Condominium Homeowner,
The paving contractor will start installing the top coat of asphalt on Tuesday, September 6th, weather permitting, starting at approximately 7am. We will do our best to pave the entire site in one day, which is estimated to take approximately 14 hours of work.
Once the final coat of asphalt is installed, it will need approximately 4 hours to cool down and harden up before traffic can drive upon it. The contractor will be opening the roadway behind him once the proper cure has happened. Please do not drive on the roadway until the contractor has opened it, as you can cause severe damage to the roadway as well as your vehicle.
As a reminder, all vehicles need to be removed from the visitor parking pads. Please park on your driveways, at least 5 feet from the bottom if possible. If you believe that you may need to travel somewhere, please park your car off site.
