All road repairs are expected to be completed in late September of this year. As long as weather permits this is the planned time frame and we thank you for your patience.

We know moving into a new home can be exciting and nerve racking all at the same time!

To help future and current homeowners we are planning to setup an advice board in our Sales Office.

Tell us about your favorite local hangouts, decorating tips, moving tips and more! We also want to hear about your positive experiences living here at Auburn Park!

Please type or print legibly your tip and drop it off at the Sales Office. You may also e-mail, fax or call us with your tips! Let us know if you want to remain anonymous or we will state your first name only on the board along with your advice. This will give you a chance to stop in and check the board periodically to receive advice.

We hope that you will all take a moment to participate, as we believe this is another great opportunity to get to know your neighbors!

The driveways for building 18 have been poured! They’re okay to walk on but please wait 8-10 days before driving on them.

The construction crew has finally framed building 18’s driveways.
